Survey mailed to 3,000 targeted households

If you received the survey in the mail, we encourage you to participate via the link/QR code you received. 3,000 households were randomly selected to participate. 

To receive a new copy of your mailed survey link, email Polco directly at survey@polco.us. Let Polco know that you are trying to take the City of Beaverton Community Survey but no longer have your unique code.  

Polco will ask to verify your address and once verification is complete, they will resend you the survey link. Your address is used to confirm that your household was a part of the randomly selected group. Your answers will still remain anonymous even once your address has been confirmed.

Survey opens for community-wide feedback (anyone can participate!)

Anyone can take the survey now that it is live for the broader community. If you did not receive the invitation in the mail, that simply means you were not randomly selected to be a part of the initial sample.
